Account Problems
Q:I don't want my sub-account to have the right to use certain functions, I want to set up permission control, what should I do?

A:Log in to the administrator account, in System Management - User Center, search for the target sub-account, click Permissions, and check the available permissions for the sub-account.

Q:What should I do if I forgot my password?

A:If you forget the password of the administrator account, you can retrieve the password through the email address on the login interface. If you forget your sub-account password, you need to contact customer service and retrieve the password through background operations.

API connection problems
Q:How to obtain the appToken and appKey connected to the API?

A:After registering an account, log in to the account, click the username in the upper right corner to see it, and only the administrator account can see it.

Q:When I create an order through the API interface, it prompts "The logistics method is not bound to the account", what should I do?

A:This prompt is because your account has not activated this logistics method, please contact the account manager to activate it.

Q:The API interface creates an order, and an error is reported: "Error Fetching http headers", how to deal with it?

A:You can resubmit the request again. This error is due to a network timeout, and the data was not successfully requested.

Q:The API interface creates an order, and the prompt: "The order is being processed, please do not submit it again, or try again later". How to deal with it?

A:It may be a network failure. You can re-create the order after a while.
